Self-Catering

Our two properties can be rented out separately or together. During peak holiday season the property to be rented as a whole.

  1. Caradoc Main House (sleeps up to 8): £1850-£3500 per week depending on season
  2. Julian's House (sleeps 4): £950-£1500 per week depending on season
  3. Both properties: £3000-£4250 per week depending on season

We can offer flexible accommodation deals, especially outside the main holiday periods. Please phone and we can discuss your requirements.

Prices include:

Linen, towels, toiletries, basic household items, an initial supply of wood and kindling (more can be supplied at cost), Wifi (although the signal is variable). They DO NOT include electricity which is charged based on metered usage.

Deposit:

A deposit of 30% is payable on booking with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival. We also request a fully refundable deposit against damages of £600 (main house) and £300 (Julian’s house). This is payable six weeks before arrival.

Short Breaks

3 nights or more for 1-12 guests. Please contact Hugo Cant to check availability and cost.

Parties and special interest groups

House parties, yoga groups, art groups, corporate and any other special interest groups should contact Hugo Cant for group prices to include the studio.

Sorry, no dogs because of the farm and poultry. But you can always ask! Unfortunately we cannot take any cats as our children are very allergic to them.
