Accommodation
Main House
Sleeps 8 in 4 double / twin rooms each with their own bathroom. Upstairs is a sea facing suite with a super king size bed. There is also a twin bedroom overlooking the courtyard and fields to the east. The open kitchen and drawing room have wonderful westerly views and a log burning fire. Downstairs are two easterly facing bedrooms, a large farmhouse kitchen with a table seating 12 and a large sitting area with three sofas around a wood burning stove. A double height hallway with staircase links the two levels.
Julian’s house
Sleeps 4 in two easterly facing bedrooms, one double and one twin that share a bathroom. The kitchen and sitting room (with log burning stove) both have westerly views across the fields to the sea
B&B
Subject to availability, we can also offer B and B. Guests can choose to have a cooked breakfast in the main farmhouse kitchen or we can put breakfast things in your fridge for you to cook yourself
Studio
Positioned on the south side of the grass courtyard, the 60 foot studio is also available for painting holidays, yoga breaks, special interest groups and parties. We can seat up to 40 for business groups or parties. Next to the studio are shower and laundry facilities.
Outside
The grass courtyard is shielded from the prevailing winds and provides a perfect spot for sunbathing, young children and meals. An outside table seats 12.
Julian’s cottage has a sea facing terrace with bench, table and chairs.
The garden has plenty of space for most sports, a large, stone built BBQ and toys to keep our youngest visitors happy. A large summer house is positioned to make the most of the magnificent views towards Port Isaac and the Rumps in the south and Tintagel further north.
Animals
Unfortunately, serious allergies mean we cannot take cats but you can ask about bringing a dog.
