Surfing

Tregardock beach is renowned locally for its surf and described on specialist surfing sites as “a true gem”. It is also within easy reach of good surfing beaches at Polzeath ( 15 minutes ) and Trebarwith Strand ( 10 minutes )

Coasteering & Kayaking

Available at Port Quinn( 15 minutes ) and at Rock

Sailing & Water skiing

Rock ( 20 minutes away ) is a major centre for all water sports

Golf

St Enedoc, Roserrow, Lanhydrock, Bowood, St Mellion, Kew, Bude and Launceston courses are all within a 40 minute drive of Caradoc of Tregardock.

Fishing & Shooting

There is good fishing available from the rocks at Tregardock Beach (although the tides need careful watching) and boats can be hired from both Rock and Boscastle. River fishing may also be available (with sufficient notice) as also is pheasant shooting in season.
