Pods
For hire we have three small unobtrusive camping pods with great views to sea and the cliff land here on the North Cornish coast.
We have 2 pods that are designed for two adults. There is also enough room for an additional child or family pet. A pod of this size is available to hire per night from £40.00
There is one other pod which is larger and is designed for two adults and two children and is the family pod. This pod is available to hire per night from £50.00.
There is a minimum stay of two nights at weekends during peak season although there can be some exception, so please check with us.
Pods are an alternative to traditional camping and they offer a warm and secure sleeping environment on a wild and rugged coastline.
With their design of wood and dark sanded roof tiles along with a sheltered porch over lapping double glass doors these temporary and movable structures merge into the landscape and are designed, built and positioned with conservation and low impact on our environment in mind.
A pod can be hired from between the end of April to the end of September and hire can be for one night weekdays only or longer although during peak season there is a minimum of a two nights stay at weekends.

Relevant Information when staying in a pod
Pods are a camping experience. A pod is a well insulated sleeping area with compact dimensions. There are two covered posture foam mattresses in each.
Guests need to consider bedding and linen, lighting (lanterns and torches), outdoor clothing and foot wear. Cooking equipment will also be necessary if guests are catering for themselves.
There is a shower unit, lavatory facilities, side board and sink, hot and cold mains water.
Cars can be parked where the loo and shower is situated with the pods being a short walk further down the field.
Please note that mains electricity is unavailable, but each pod has 12 volt solar and battery powered USB charging ports and an overhead LED light.
